Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The return period begins on the day the customer receives the goods.

To be eligible for a return under this voluntary return policy, the item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it
  • unworn and unused
  • with all tags attached
  • in the original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour, please contact us first.

We will coordinate the exchange and organise the shipment of the desired colour with you.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

 

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For orders subject to the EU right of withdrawal, refunds will be issued within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, but we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
